When signing up to Espoo Basket Team, you are required to pay the season fee payments, until you fill out the membership cancellation form. You can end the invoicing only by filling out the form below!
Membership cancellation form must be filled as soon as you have decided to quit playing. Invoices that have already been sent before filling this form, have to be paid.
NOTE! Game uniform must be returned to Satu Ahtonen within two weeks of filling the form. Please contact satuahtonen@gmail.com about returning the univorm. If the uniform is not returned, there will be an additional invoice of 80 EUR.
